came back from seeing physician again.. i now understand how come after a night's slp the pain is exceptionally acute. hmm its cos over the night the blood flow at the leg's not normal.. so the blood gets kinda un-circulated over there.. so it takes some walking to get it back to normal lor.. hmm its oso why elders have rheumutism-however-yu-spell-that. hmm cos elders' blood circulation is slower ma.. tts wad tt causes d pain lor.. shit i dowan to have rheumutism-however-yu-spell-that next time.. rheumutism-however-yu-spell-that will hinder everything lor..
